Farinata, italian traditional food from Liguria

🇬🇧Hola guys and welcome to Italy for breakfast! I normally prepare this simple recipe when I want to spoil me with something tasty. The name of this plate is Farinata, it was born in Liguria and it t has very old origins! It is very simpe to prepare and I hope you will appreciate it!

The ingredients that you need are:

🌸120g chickpeas flour

🌸320 water

🌸32g olive oil

🌸1\2 tablespoon of salt

🌸Rosemary

STEP 1

In a basin pour chickpeas and water. Stir the ingredients to combine.

STEP 2

Remove the foam.
 
 STEP 3

Cover the basin with chellophane and wait 4 hours.

STEP 4

Add olive oil and salt to the mixture and stir all the ingredient to combine them.

STEP 5

Place some greasepaper on a cake pan and pour the mixture on it.

STEP 6

Spread some rosemary on the mixture.

STEP 7

Bake it for 30\35 minutes at 210 degrees at static oven.

🇮🇹Hola guys e benvenuti su italy for breakfast! Normalmente preparo qesta semplice ricetta quando ho voglia di viziarmi con qualcosa di sfizioso! Il nome di questo piatto è Farinata, nato in Liguria e ha delle origini molto antiche! E’ molto semplice da preparare e spero vi piaccia!

 

Gli ingredienti di cui avrete bisogno sono:

🌸120g farina di ceci

🌸320g acqua

🌸32g olio di oliva

🌸1\2 cucchiaio di sale

🌸Rosmarino

 

STEP 1

 

In una ciotola versa la farina e l’acqua. Mescola per amalgamare.

 

STEP 2

 

Rimuovi la schiuma.

 

STEP 3

 

Copri la ciotola con del chellophane e aspetta 4 ore.

 

STEP 4

 

Aggiungi all’impasto olio e sale.

 

STEP 5

 

Posiziona della carta forno su una tortiera e versaci sopra l’impasto.

 

STEP 6

 

Spargi del rosmarino sull’impasto.

 

STEP 7

 

Inforna per 30\35 minuti a 200 gradi a forno statico.
