Ingredients
- 180g orecchiette
- 90g asparagus
- 90g mozzarella
- 50g almonds
- Olive oil
- salt
- parmigiano
STEP 1
Put a pot full of water on the stove and bring it to boil. Salt it and then put the pasta in it.
STEP 2
Cut asparagus in little pieces.
STEP 3
In a pan pour a bit of olive oil, asparagus and salt all of it. Cook all for 10 minutes
STEP 4
Add mozzarella to asparagus with a bit of cooking water and cook for other 5 minutes to combine.
STEP 5
Grill almonds for 5 minutes
STEP 7
Drain the pasta when is ready.
STEP 8
Stir-fry the pasta with the sauce for 5 minutes.
STEP 8
Serve it adding Parmesan.
