Ingredients
- 180g mezze maniche
- 100g tomato sauce
- 1 tofu cube
- Olive oil
- salt
- 1 garlic clove
STEP 1
Put a pot full of water on the stove and bring it to boil. Salt it and then put the pasta in it.
STEP 2
Dab the tofu with paper towel.
STEP 3
Smash the tofu with a fork.
STEP 4
Stir-fry in a pan the smashed tofu and the tomato sauce with a bit of olive oil salt and the garlic clove for 10 minutes.

Drain the pasta when is ready.
STEP 4
Stir-fry the pasta with the sauce for 5 minutes.
