Ingredients
- 180g mezze maniche
- 2 eggs
- 50g grated Parmesan
- salt
- black pepper
STEP 1
Put a pot full of water on the stove and bring it to boil. Salt it and then put the pasta in it.
STEP 2
In a basin add yolks, parmesan and black pepper. Stir all together to obtain a smooth mixture.
STEP 3
Drain the pasta when is ready.
STEP 4
Add the sauce to the pasta and stir all to amalgamate. Spread a bit of black pepper on top and it is done!
