- 180g fusilli
- 50g raisins
- 1/2 red onion
- 50g pine nuts
- olive oil
- black pepper
Put a pot on the stove and bring it to boil. Salt it and then put the pasta in it.
In a pan add minced onion, with olive oil and a pinch of salt, stir fry it for 5 minutes, then add raisins and pine nuts. Stir fry for other 5 minutes.
Drain the pasta 5 minutes before it will be ready, and place it in the pan with the sauce. Stir-fry everything together with a little bit of cooking water.
Serve it spreading on top Parmesan and black pepper
