BAKED FUSILLI WITH PECORINO AND WALNUTS

Ingredients

  • 180g fusilli
  • 70g greated pecorino
  • 1 mozzarella
  • 70g walnuts
  • salt
  • olive oil
  • parmesan

STEP 1

Put the pot on the stove and bring it to boil. Salt it and then put the pasta in it.

STEP 2

Drain the pasta 5 minutes before it will be ready, and place it in a bake tin

STEP 3

Add pecorino, walnuts, greated mozzarella, a bit of olive oil, stir everything and add a spread of parmigiano.

Bake it for 5 minutes at 100 degrees, with preheat oven
