- 180g fusilli
- 150g tofu
- 5 spoons of olive paste
- olive oil
Put the pot on the stove and bring it to boil. Salt it and then put the pasta in it.
Mix in an electric blender the olive paste, a table spoon of olive oil, and a bit of salt
When pasta is ready drain it, add the tofu and olive paste sauce. Stir everything and serve.
Spread some Parmesan on top of your pasta plate
