Ingredients
- 180g farfalle
- 50g parsley
- 90g cooking cream
- 1/2 red onion
- salt
- parmesan
- olive oil
STEP 1
Put the pot on the stove and bring it to boil. Salt it and then put the pasta in it.
STEP 2
Stir-fry the chopped red onion in a pan with a bit of olive oil for some minutes, then add the cooking cream and a pinch of salt. Cook it for 8/10 minutes stirring sometimes!
STEP 3
Turn the stove off, add the parsley and stir all.
STEP 4
When the pasta is nearly ready, drain it and put it in the pan with the pasta sauce.
STEP 6
