FARFALLE WITH CHERRY TOMATOES, OLIVES AND RICOTTA SARDA

Hola guys! This pasta dish is perfect when you want to stay light, but it is tasty at the same time!

Ingredients

  • 100g cherry tomatoes
  • 80g olives
  • 70g Ricotta Sarda
  • parmisan
  • olive oil
  • 180g farfalle
  • salt

STEP 1

Put the pot on the stove and bring it to boil. Salt it and then put the pasta in it.

STEP 2

In a pan put 2 spoons of olive oil, a pinch of salt and cherry tomatoes cut in cubes. Cook them for 5 minutes adding a bit of cooking water, if it becomes too dry. Add the olives too, stir-fry everything together.

STEP 3

When the pasta is nearly ready drain it and put it in the pan with the sauce, heating everything a low heat.

STEP 4

Turn the stove off and add the Ricotta Sarda cut in cubes

STEP 5

Add parmesan!

STEP 6
