PENNE WITH CARROTS, RADICCHIO ROSSO DI TREVISO AND LEEK

Would you like to have a light meal, but tasty at the same time? Here you are! with this pasta plate you will be satisfied!

Ingredients

  • 2 carrots
  • 40g radicchio Rosso di Treviso cut in cubes
  • a little piece of red onion
  • parmisan
  • 40g leek cut in cubes
  • olive oil
  • 180g penne
  • salt

STEP 1

Fill a pot up with water. Put the pot on the stove and bring it to boil. Salt it and then put the pasta in it.

STEP 2

Put in a pan oil, minced onion, carrots, leek and Radicchio, a pinch of salt and stir- fry for 10 minutes (add a bit of cooking water if it becomes too dry).

STEP 3

Drain the pasta when is nearly ready and stir- fry it with the sauce.

STEP 4

Add parmesan on the pasta.

STEP 5
