Hola little cooks! This recipe is very light and creamy! It is perfect to stay in shape without giving up a nice meal :
- 30g chopped almonds
- 3 tbs of patè of olives
- 1/3 glass of milk
- 150g ricotta
- olive oil
- 180g penne
Fill a pot up with water. Put the pot on the stove and bring it to boil. Salt it and then put the pasta in it.
Put in a pan oil, pinch of salt, ricotta and milk. Melt down the ricotta to obtain a cream. Turn off the stove and add the patè. Stir everything together
Drain the pasta when is nearly ready and stir- fry it with the sauce.
Add the chopped almonds on top.
