WHOLEMEAL PENNE WITH PATE’ OF OLIVES, RICOTTA AND CHOPPED ALMONDS

Hola little cooks! This recipe is very light and creamy! It is perfect to stay in shape without giving up a nice meal :

Ingredients

  • 30g chopped almonds
  • 3 tbs of patè of olives
  • 1/3 glass of milk
  • 150g ricotta
  • olive oil
  • 180g spaghetti
  • salt

STEP 1

Fill a pot up with water. Put the pot on the stove and bring it to boil. Salt it and then put the pasta in it.

STEP 2

Put in a pan oil, pinch of salt, ricotta and milk. Melt down the ricotta to obtain a cream. Turn off the stove and add the patè. Stir everything together

STEP 3

Drain the pasta when is nearly ready and stir- fry it with the sauce.

STEP 4

Add the chopped almonds on top

STEP 5

Enjoy!!
