My mom used to cook this spaghetti plate when I was a little girl and I always love it a lot! The preparation of this pasta sauce is very simple:
Ingredients
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- 30g chopped stale bread
- rosemary
- 1 clove of garlic
- olive oil
- 180g spaghetti
- salt
STEP 1
Fill a pot up with water. Put the pot on the stove and bring it to boil. Salt it and then put the pasta in it.
STEP 2
Cut charry tomatoes in little pieces.
STEP 3
Put in a pan oil, garlic rosemary and a pinch of salt. Stir-fry it for a couple of minutes and then add cherry tomatoes too. Cook it for 10 minutes a low heat.
STEP 4
Add stale bread to the sauce, and stir-fry until the bread it become crispy.
STEP 5
Drain the pasta when is nearly ready and stir- fry it with the sauce.
STEP 6

TIPS
Remember that the cooking time of spaghetti is around 8 minutes!
