This spaghetti plate is very creamy and delicate. The sauce is a combination between courgettes and ricotta!
Ingredients
- 2 zucchini
- 150g ricotta
- 2 table spoon of milk
- 180g spaghetti
- salt
STEP 1
Fill a pot up with water. Put the pot on the stove and bring it to boil. Salt it and then put the pasta in it.
STEP 2
Cut the courgette in little cubes. Boil them for 10 minutes in salt water. Leave them to cool for few minutes.
STEP 3
Blend boiled zucchini with ricotta milk and a pinch of salt, to obtain your creamy pasta sauce.
STEP 4
Drain the pasta when is nearly ready and stir- fry it with the sauce and a bit of cooking water
STEP 5
Enjoy!!
TIPS
Remember that the cooking time of spaghetti is around 8 minutes!
