First pasta plate of the new project! This sauce is fast, perfect if you don’t know what to eat after work! Let’s see together how to prepare it!
- 1 zucchini
- 2 sachet of saffron
- 180g spaghetti
- 30g butter
Fill a pot up with water. Put the pot on the stove and bring it to boil. Salt it and then put the pasta in it. Pour the first portion of saffron in the water.
Cut the courgette in little cubes.
Melt down the second portion of saffron with a couple of table spoon of cooking water.
Stir-fry the courgette with butter, a pinch of salt and the second portion of melted saffron, for 10 minutes.
Drain the pasta when is nearly ready and stir- fry it with zucchini.
Remember that the cooking time of spaghetti is around 8 minutes!
